BAGELS & BREAKFAST

 

1 – Bagels and Cream Cheese

An assortment of bagels, choice of up to 4 of our homemade flavored cream cheeses or

2 cream cheeses, butter and jelly arranged on our catering platters.

 

Add garnishes including sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and Bermuda onions.

 

2 – Continental Breakfast

An assortment of bagels, 2 cream cheeses, butter and jelly assorted mini danishes and mini muffins,

arranged on our catering platters served with our freshly brewed coffee.

 

3 – Continental Breakfast Deluxe

An assortment of bagels, 2 cream cheeses, butter and jelly assorted mini danishes and mini muffins, fresh fruit salad bowl

arranged on our catering platters served with our freshly brewed coffee and orange juice

Fresh orange juice is additional.

 

22 – Continental Breakfast (danishes & scones)

An assortment of mini danishes, mini scones or croissants and mini muffins arranged on our catering platters.

Our nova scotia salmon served with sliced tomatoes, bermuda onions, capers

with 3 homemade cream cheese spreads and an assortment of bagels.

 

7 – Bagels, Nova Scotia and Fish Salad Platter

Our nova scotia salmon served with sliced tomatoes, bermuda onions, capers with choice of 3 of our home salads including:

Traditional tuna, veggie tuna, whitefish salad, egg salad, chicken salad,honey mustard chicken salad, baked salmon salad

and shrimp salad. Also included are 3 homemade cream cheese spreads and an assortment of bagels.

SANDWICH PLATTERS

 

9a – Gourmet Sandwich Platter (cold cuts)

Selection of cold cuts served on freshly baked hand-rolled bagels, sliced bread or gourmet wraps with

or without choice of cheese, lettuce and tomato, served with potato chips and pickles.

 

10 – Salad Sandwich Platter

Choice of 3 of our homemade salads including, traditional tuna,veggie tuna, egg salad, chicken salad,

honey mustard chicken salad, whitefish salad, baked salmon salad and shrimp salad on freshly

baked hand-rolled bagels, sliced bread or gourmet wraps with lettuce, tomato and pickles.

23 – Fresh Brewed Coffee Service

Our house blend coffee and/or decaf coffee served with milk, sugar and sugar substitutes, cups and stirrers.

Freshly made hot chocolate served with cups. Milk available upon request.
